The staff at Niseko Park Hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is perfect for skiing and there are plenty of options for nightlife nearby. The onsen facilities were fantastic and never too crowded. The breakfast had a wide selection of delicious food. As adults, we particularly enjoyed the Japanese style room and its amazing view of Mount Yotei.
Felt like a true getaway, no complaints.

The river has all sorts of fish, some of which are almost extinct! I can't wait to sit back on the plane with a glass of wine and dream about my amazing Japanese experiences.
Oh, just what I needed - a hotel far from everything, with inconvenient facilities. Just perfect!

The decoration of the hotel exuded a comforting and traditional ambiance, with beautiful Japanese-style furniture and decor. The common areas, like the drawing room with a fireplace, provided a cozy atmosphere where I could relax and interact with other guests. the hotel's convenient location, just a short walk from the ski lift, bus lines, and numerous restaurants, made it easily accessible for senior people like myself.
One improvement I would suggest for a better vacation experience for senior people is to have staff members who are more attentive and understanding of our needs. Sometimes, the children working there seemed a bit inexperienced in dealing with older guests and could benefit from more training in providing excellent service to seniors.

The hotel was fairly clean and the location was great and fantastic near enough Gondola. Location: the venue was not far from ski lift and walking distance to shops and restaurants, and all the restaurants and shops. The place was near Izakaya Raku, where you can have dinner...

Where else can you find a hotel with a salmon-themed river running through it? The onsen was a relaxing treat after hitting the slopes. Customer service was top-notch.
Just a tiny issue, the salmon decor in my room was a little too fishy for my taste.

Niseko Park Hotel is my go-to place in Niseko. Every time, I have no doubts because it has everything I need. The staff even returned my forgotten documents. Free Wi-Fi, parking, sauna, laundry, ski storage, and cozy rooms make it perfect for my weekend escapes.

Spacious Rooms: The rooms at this hotel are like your own personal ski chalets, complete with floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing beautiful views of the surrounding snowy landscape.
Room Size Misrepresentation: Despite initially being assigned a small room, the helpful hotel staff quickly resolved the issue and a bigger room was provided.

The breakfast spread was absolutely mind-blowing, with a jaw-dropping variety of delicious Japanese and Western options. They had an impressively large ski storage/dry room that easily accommodated all the guests. The convenience of their changing room and storage facility for early check-ins was super helpful for getting ready to hit the slopes. And the location was simply unbeatable, with ski-out access to the lower lift, right next to the rental shop, across from a grocery/food store. Couldn't ask for more!
